Mango Coconut Collagen Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk or any non dairy milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp pinnaple juice to taste
  • 1/2 lime, fresh squeezed
  • 1 serving collagen peptides
  • 1/2 tsp dried ginger or use a few chunks of fresh if you have it
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 large handful fresh baby spinach

Instructions

  • Add ingredients in the order listed to the cup of a NutriBullet. You want the frozen ingredients in first so that the liquid and more easily blended ingredients will come in contact with the blade first. If using a blender, add ingredients in reverse order.
  • Secure lid and blend until smooth and homogenous in consistency.
  • Taste and adjust accordingly if needed. Add more juice if you want it more sweet, more lime to make it more tart, more coconut milk to make it thinner, more mango or ice to make it thicker, more ginger/tumeric to give it more of a kick.
