Chipotle Aioli

The most versatile, delicious condiment to have on hand (that's also gluten and dairy free!). You will want to put this on EVERYTHING! Drizzle it over salads, tacos, burgers, nourish bowls, and sandwiches. Use it as a dip for some oven fries or grilled meat. This long lasting, pantry staple made recipe is sure to become a favourite in your home!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon, juiced or lime
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-2 tsp ground chipotle chili pepper (not regular chili powder, the only ingredient should be chiptole chili pepper), to taste or 1-2 chipotle chili peppers in adobo sauce, puréed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl and shake or whisk vigourosly until smooth and completely combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
    You can also make this in a blender or bullet. Add all ingredients and pulse to combine until smooth.
  • Keep stored in the fridge, will keep for at least 2 weeks. I love storing mine in a reusable squeeze bottle for easy use.
